These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between:

and

The Customer
Any natural person or legal entity making a purchase via the website healthandfitnessjournal.com.

Any order placed on the website implies the Customer’s unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

1. Purpose

The purpose of these GTCS is to define the conditions under which the Seller offers for sale digital products, service offerings, and/or coaching/support related to health and sports.

2. Products and services

The products and services offered may include, in particular (non-exhaustive list):

Digital guides (PDFs, videos, downloadable content)
Advisory and coaching/support services
One-to-one or group calls
Online programs

3. Order

The Customer places an order via the website healthandfitnessjournal.com. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products or services.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or non-payment.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) or in any other currency specified on the sales page.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed exclusive of taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are those indicated on the website (bank card, secure payment platform, etc.).

Payments are secured via third-party providers. The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s banking details.

6. Access to products and services

Digital products
Digital products are accessible immediately after payment confirmation, either by download or via online access.

Service offerings
The terms (dates, duration, format) are specified at the time of ordering or agreed later by email.

7. Right of withdrawal

Digital products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment, provided that the Customer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

Service offerings
For services, the Customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the service has begun with their consent before the end of this period.

Any withdrawal request must be sent by email to the address indicated in these GTCS.

8. Refund policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page:

Digital products are neither taken back nor refunded.
Service offerings are not refundable once they have begun.

The Seller reserves the right to grant a refund as a commercial gesture, without this constituting an obligation.

9. Liability

The Seller provides information and support for informational and educational purposes.

The Seller cannot be held liable for:

Personal, administrative, tax, or legal decisions made by the Customer
Changes in legislation in Thailand or in the Customer’s country of origin
The Customer’s inability to obtain a visa, authorization, or administrative status

The Customer remains solely responsible for their procedures and decisions.

10. Intellectual property

All content (texts, videos, documents, materials) is the exclusive property of the Seller.

Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal data

Collected personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Customer may consult the Privacy Policy available on the website for more information.

12. Force majeure

The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control (technical failure, natural disaster, conflict, administrative decision, etc.).

13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by French law, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Failing this, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Seller’s registered office.
